2016 – WSI Established
In 2016, Workwear Solutions International was established by Founder & Managing Director, Natalie Wilson.
2020 – Covid & the Importance of PPE
The real turning point for Workwear Solutions was during the Covid pandemic, when it became clear that the need for specialised technical expertise for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was desperately required, due to broken or non-existent risk management & tendering processes.
2022 – WSI Wins €1.2m Contract
In August 2022, Workwear Solutions was awarded a €1.2m contract with the Irish Defence Forces and Civil Defence Ireland. This marked the beginning of working directly and almost exclusively with end users & buyers.
2023 – Awarded ‘Best Consultancy Services Business’

2024 – Won the PCIAW ‘Inclusive Design’ Award

2025 – Business Rebrand
In early 2025, we launched our ‘new look’: a bigger team, new website and brand new logo, to reflect the evolution of the business as the industry leading specialist for procurement and technical services.
