Drawing on a combination of employed and freelance resource means we have a solid CORE team available for all projects, a wider CIRCLE of experts who are confirmed for specific projects and a COMMUNITY of other individuals and companies to ensure we have the best in class team, and only engage with the relevant team members on each project – so you aren’t paying for any team member not required, but can be assured that the right team will be available as and when you need them.
Our Core Team

Natalie Wilson
Founder & Managing Director
With 20 years’ experience of the end-to-end process of development and supply of garments, Natalie is a respected technical industry expert, providing award-winning advisory services to industry and buyers since 2016. Natalie holds a Masters Degree in European Business.
Natalie has extensive experience on the supply chain side of industry including developing, specifying and certificating products and since 2022 has worked extensively with buyers to help shape specifications, provide guidance, and independent technical assessment support during the tender process.
Natalie plays a crucial role in the development of Standards as Chair of PH/3 overseeing all protective clothing Standards on behalf of the British Standards Institute (BSI). Natalie’s leadership in Standards for inclusivity has driven advancements in making PPE accessible and effective for diverse users across industries.
Natalie is an active Board member of PCIAW® representing SMEs and women in the industry. The Board comprises of experts across the global industry, and through the Board, Natalie continually contributes to the strategic direction of the association and industry as a whole.
Sarah Wilsher
Quality & Technical Lead
Sarah has more than 30 years of industry experience; ranging from garment and fabric technology to supply chain, procurement and operations management. She holds a CFI Diploma in Clothing Design & Production Management
She has been a key part of the team working on all client contracts since 2022, firstly as a self-employed consultant and since October 2023, as an employee of the business.

Sarah’s experience and qualifications as both a garment and fabric technologist means she has excellent and detailed knowledge of garments, which is critical during the development of specifications, technical assessment process, and on-going quality assurance checks. Sarah has extensive experience working with factories and supply chain, meaning she is able to support the on-going transition and on-boarding of suppliers.
Sarah is also a qualified Mid-Life Coach, specialising in menopause and menstrual health which brings an added dimension to our inclusive design approach.

Matt Wilson
Commercial & Compliance Lead
Matt has more than 18 years industry experience working in commercial and operational environments to deliver in some of the most demanding times experienced within our industry – including making fast, informed decisions to plan for unprecedented demand, managing business commercial needs and clients’ operational needs.
Matt has a BA in Business Studies and has worked for some of the biggest companies in the industry within Business Analyst, Demand Planner and Lead Forecaster roles.
Matt’s ability to be agile and highly responsive under extreme pressure to problem solve, ensures the team is well prepared and able to react to quickly to changing requirements for our clients. He is responsible for workflow planning with the team across all client projects, giving him oversight of all work and team requirements to plan projects effectively, with built-in resilience to ensure we continue to deliver projects on time for our clients.
Rebekah Bradley
Creative & Design Lead
Rebekah met Natalie in 2021 at university, during a guest lecture by Natalie on designing for purpose, function and within the constraints of PPE Standards. This first introduction to the world of uniforms and protective clothing sparked a keen interest for Rebekah and in 2022, she was a Finalist in the PCIAW’s PCA Vision Design Competition, shortlisted in a hotly contested competition with entries from students across the world.
Rebekah graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion and Textiles in 2022, having previously completed a Diploma in Art and Design.

Initially under-taking a post-graduate mentorship with Workwear Solutions, Rebekah then became a freelance consultant working on technical assessments and technical specification illustrations, whilst separately working as a made-to-measure tailoring specialist providing design, fitting and alteration services; and as a garment technologist for a high-end retail brand.
Rebekah has been a key team member since the outset and in early 2025, Rebekah became a full time employee, taking the lead for creative and design aspects with a fresh perspective and understanding of clothing design and garment construction.
