Our approach to ensuring excellence in customer service is woven into every part of our business culture and service deliverables for our clients, on the basis of adding value to every part of our interactions with them and becoming a key part of their team(s). 

Navigating the supply chain for uniforms, technical workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is increasingly challenging, and organisations are often unable to employ specialist roles on a full-time basis, largely due to a lack of budget, unavailability of specialists, or not needing to have the expertise in-house on a full time basis.  

Being able to draw on a flexible outsourced team of industry experts available when needed, is a huge benefit for our clients especially when technical knowledge is no longer (or has never been) available in-house.   Our clients therefore receive the specific knowledge and expertise required for each product type or project, combined with overall oversight of the projects through rigorous reporting and transparent & regular communication.

Having worked extensively on the supplier side of the tender process, we understand how to deep dive into the detail of responses and how to ask the right questions to get the information buyers need to make award decisions.  

It also means that we have experienced the challenges and costly time-pressures of the tender process, which usually result in very little or no feedback for unsuccessful tenderers – equally there is little discussion or feedback given to successful tenders. 

Our main objective when assisting our clients is to develop long-term relationships built on delivering value, through our technical expertise and supporting their own business operations.

We become part of our clients’ teams and the value we deliver from day one is evident from the amount of repeat business we have, and the organic growth achieved through organisational reputation and word of mouth.

For us there is no such thing as a standard provision required for technical experts in the clothing / textile industry, and we adapt our approach and service provision based on the specific needs of each client, their projects and the individual products within each project.
