Stage 1 – EVALUATE
WHO
This stage is suitable for companies looking to start their journey into Inclusive PPE & Uniforms. The process starts with gaining insight on the current provision within your company.
HOW
We bring the experience and technical knowledge you need to start the process of procuring inclusive PPE & Uniforms by helping to EVALUATE the current status of your PPE and Uniform provision. This is based on an initial review of:
- Workforce Demographics
- Job Roles
- Working Environments
- Current PPE & Uniform Offering
- Existing Wearer Feedback (if available)
WHAT
At the end of the EVALUATE package, we will provide a Risk Register, highlighting gaps/potential gaps in compliance with the requirements of the BS 30417 Standard. The Risk Register will focus on the core principles of wearer engagement, selection, and provision of Inclusive PPE & Uniforms.
In addition to the Risk Register, we will also recommend the priority actions needed to address the risks identified. Depending on the outcome of the EXPLORE phase, this could include actions to:
- Gain greater understanding of the workforce requirements and/or wearer feedback.
- Prioritise PPE & Uniform product categories to be improved.
- Research with current supplier(s) & wider industry to understand opportunities to address gaps identified.
