Published October 22, 2025

“The Digital Transformation Starts Here” | 29 – 30th October 2025 | Hilton London Bankside, UK

Next week, the team at WSI will be attending the PCIAW® Summit & Awards held at the Hilton London Bankside. The PCIAW® Summit is one of the leading global events for the professional clothing and textile industry, bringing together supply chains, manufacturers, innovators and end-user buyers to discuss the innovations and challenges shaping the future of the industry.

This year’s theme: ‘The Digital Transformation’, will see key stakeholders and expert speakers explore crucial topics that are driving change and adding value to the industry. From geoeconomics, data transparency and the DPP, to the importance of inclusivity, wearer safety and the technological & sustainable advancements shaping the sector – the PCIAW® Summit provides a valuable platform to collaborate, connect and exchange insights with industry leaders.

Our Founder & MD Natalie Wilson, Quality & Technical Lead Sarah Wilsher, and Creative & Design Lead Rebekah Bradley have been invited to participate in 3 panels at the event on Thursday 30th October.

Natalie will be hosting the panel discussing The World’s First Inclusive PPE Standard @ 10:05AM – 10:30AM. Speakers include Sarah Gibbs (Standards Development Manager BSI), Kirsteen Sullivan (Member of Parliament for Bathgate and Linlithgow), and Rowshi Hussain (Geo-Environmental Engineer, Cundall).

This conversation follows the PCIAW®  roundtable events held throughout 2025, bringing together emergency services and defence forces to address ‘the challenges that impact wearer-safety in live-saving situations’.

Rebekah Sarah will be participating in the Skills, Training, and Education Gap panel @ 12:35PM – 1:05PM. Hosted by Karen Burrows, (Manager Special Projects Madeira HQ – Formerly MD and Chairman, Madeira UK), Rebekah & Sarah will be joined by Annette van Es (CEO, Phantomleaf Textiles GmbH) and Deborah Southerland (Programme Leader BA Hons Fashion Textiles, University of West England) to discuss ways to ‘recruit and retain’ skilled workforces within the industry.
