Published March 3, 2026

This year marks a significant milestone for Workwear Solutions: our 10th anniversary. Over the coming months, we’ll be celebrating a decade in business by sharing our journey so far – from how we started to where we are today.

As 2026 is off to a strong start, we’ve taken the opportunity to reflect on the year behind us. Our achievements of 2025 are more than just numbers – they represent sustained business growth, meaningful progress, and our continued commitment to the industries and people we support.

In 2025, we were awarded 2 awards at the renowned PCIAW Summit & Awards – Best Technical Services & Industry Newcomer of the Year.

Our Founder & MD Natalie Wilson was also named a Finalist for Business Woman of the Year – Micro at the National Business Women’s Awards 2025, with WSI being named a Finalist towards the Service Excellence Award.

From Fire, Security, Defence & Police to Airlines, Utilities & Transportation – our services benefitted over 45,000 wearers in 2025. We’ve continued to create uniforms which reflect brands and support diverse workforces, always prioritising comfort & safety while delivering high-quality products to protect those who protect us.

Throughout 2025, our team attended 8 industry events across 5 countries, taking the opportunity to build meaningful connections, gain market insights and learn from thought leaders, showcase our brand & knowledge and celebrate our achievements.

We attended: The NAUMD Convention (New Orleans, US), APEX (California, USA), The Emergency Services Show (Birmingham, UK), PCIAW® Summit & Awards (London, UK), Milipol (Pairs, France), A+A (Düsseldorf, Germany), The Parliamentary Launch of Launch of BS30417 (London, UK), and The European Safety Federation Conference (Genval, Belgium).

We developed over 260 detailed technical specifications for our clients in preparation for going to tender and beyond. Working across multiple industries, product categories & country-markets, these documents contain all of the product information required to develop uniforms, workwear or PPE – from tender submission samples & first pre-production sample through to bulk production.

We supported clients on over 20 contracts & tenders in 2025, guiding procurement teams through complex uniform & PPE tenders, offering technical & product expertise, risk mitigation, & independent support at every stage of the procurement process.
